TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 By (1) Allan Kabue Njuguna, (2) Mary Njeri Gatarwa and (3) Damaris Waruguru, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiku Kibe, who died on 1st August, 2006. CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By (1) Mbutianyi Tajeu Sanirei and (2) James Sadira, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tajeu ole Sanirei Lengotiek, who died on 21st February, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
