NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st July, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 5, in Volume B-13, Folio 2011/15182, File No. 1637, by our client, Ibrahim Khamis Athman Mutwafy, of P.O. Box 80267, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ibrahim Khamis Athman, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ibrahim Khamis Athman and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ibrahim Khamis Athman Mutwafy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ibrahim Khamis Athman Mutwafy only.
