NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th June, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2460, in Volume DI, Folio 105/1972, File No. MMXX, by our client, Jemimah Wanjiru Gachira, of P.O. Box 167- 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jemimah Nyakinyua Chege, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jemimah Nyakinyua Chege and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jemimah Wanjiru Gachira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jemimah Wanjiru Gachira only.
