NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of 1 ramtons microwave, 1 elekta blender, 1 OHMS heater, 1 toros jug + 3 glasses, 1 piece solar system, assorted cooking pot lids, I set luminarc glasses (4 pieces), 1 ramtons blender, 1 piece ladies handbag, assorted cooking pots, 1 Sony DVD home theatre + zuku box, 1 bale of assorted clothes, 1 box of assorted tea cups, pillows, 1 suitcase of clothes, 1 blue bag of clothing items/household items, 1 LG DVD player + home theatre speaker, 1 piece home theatre Sony, 1 piece Sony Bravia, 1 piece 32" Hisense TV within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said goods which are currently lying at L.R. No. Nairobi Block 163/3/295, Nairobi, upon payment of storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
