IN ACCORDANCE with the disposal (court) rules, notice is given that three (3) months from date of publication of notice, the Principal Now therefore, I authorize (1) Peter K. Wanjohi, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Development, Headquarters (2) Hesbon M. Kiura, Principal Co-operative Officer, Headquarters to hold an inquiry within twenty-two (22) days, with effect from 12th August, 2020 at such place and time as may be expedient and duly notified by them. The attention of all officers and members of the Society is directed to the following sections of the Co-operative Societies Act.
