THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

(No. 13 of 2019)

SETTLEMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft Plan was on 11th October, 2018, completed. The plan relates to land situated within Kapkoi and Kanyarkwat Settlement Schemes covering an area of approximately 45acres. A copy of the draft plan has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the offices of County Director of Physical Planning, Ground Floor, Ardhi House, Kitale Town, the Sub-county Administrator in Kwanza Town and Ward Administrator, Keiyo Ward between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to the County Executive Committee Member for Land, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 4211-30200, Kitale, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 1st July, 2020.
