REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Kizara Juma, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kilifi/Kijipwa/5, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the Settlement Fund Trustee., arousted and discharged the land in favour of Thomas Beker Ngunfbe,o and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of lard the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration c-1 thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert it to Thomas Beker Ngumbao, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ali Kizara Juma, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
