REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Talai Tallam, of P.O. Box 164, Eldama Ravine in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.25 hectares or thereabout, known as Molo South/Ikumbi Block 5/64 (Baringo), and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
