REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) James Walter Ritchie and (2) Penelope June Ritchie, both of P.O. Box 30345, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as 1361 Malindi, by virtue of a deed file registered as LT. 35, Folio 257/1, File: 4257, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said deed file and folio in respect to the title thereof has been lost, whereas the owners have executed the deed of indemnity in favour of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the reconstruction of the said deed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has has been received within that period.
