REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rajab Thuo Idi (ID/3091130) and (2) Musa Idi Njoroge (ID/095632), both of P.O. Box 374, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Thika Municipality Block24/2489, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register therefore is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
