TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2013 By (1) Jaffar Sharif Omar, 2) Khadija Shariff Omar, (3) Hamdun Shariff Omar and (3) Rukia Shariff Omar, all of P.O. Box 10612-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shariff Omar Noor, who died at Kajiado Township, on 8th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
