TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 44 OF 2020 By (1) Vasumati Rasiklal Dharanj Shah. (2) Seetaa Rasiklal Dharanj Shah and (3) Kamal Rasiklal Dharanj Shah, all of P.O. Box 42271- 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors of the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Rasiklal Dharanj Shah, who died at Nyali, on 12th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
