WHEREAS Ali Badrudin Alibhai Punjani, of P.O. Box 95819- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as Mombasa/Block XXVI/841, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/841, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
