TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2020 By Roice Kadenge Asacha, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Indire alias Joash Indire Esendi, who died at Japkoyai Sub-location, on 13th September, 1993. CAUSE No. 120 OF 2020 By Evans Hezron Odondo Mukaya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Mukaya Luhuni alias Javan Mukaya, who died at Ivola Sub-location, on 2nd February, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
