TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 117 OF 2020 By (1) Cecilia Kimani Nzwili and (2) Samuel Mutua Kimani, both of P.O. Box 1927-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimani Nzwili, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th February, 2019. CAUSE No. 130 OF 2020 By (1) Jones Mutuku Mbwele and (2) Kioko Mbwele, both of P.O. Box 1074, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbwele Kioko, who died at Misyani, Kikambuani, on 30th August, 1992. CAUSE No. 146 OF 2020 By Jackson Musau Kithukuma, of P.O. Box 3609-00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phoebe Lembi Kithukuma alias Poeph Timothy K. Ntheketha, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
