TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 174 OF 2020 By Beth Njeri Chege, of P.O. Box 3, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chege Mwega, who died at N. K. C. Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2018. CAUSE No. 175 OF 2020 By Peter Kangorete Nganga, of P.O. Box 3, 01 Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Nganga Kagotho, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
