TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE. No. 70 OF 2020 By Christopher Njeru Nyaga alias Muriuki Kaumbuthu, of P.O. Box 734, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penis Ndagara Nyaga alias Ndagara Kaumbuthu, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 28th October, 2013. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2020 By Grace Njoki Njue, of P.O. Box 49, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Njue Njiru, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
