TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 18 of 2020 By Veronica Ngina Kilonzo, the deceased's purchaser, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanje Bura, who died on 6th June 1975. CAUSE No. 21 OF 2020 By Nyevu Katana Karisa, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kataa Karisa Kondo, who died on 6th March, 2011. CAUSE No. 25 OF 2020 By Salama Athman Bilali, of P.O Box 90, Gede in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanaisha Bilali Salim, who died at Jimba, Dabaso, on 30th September, 1994. CAUSE No. 27 of 2020 By Justine Ngala Mwagandi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Gandi Ngala, who died on 13th February, 2013. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2020 By (1) Samuel Thoya Baya and (2) Joachim Badili Thoya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thoya Baya Thoya, who died on 6th March, 1999. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2020 By Jackson Charo Yaa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Charo Yaa, who died on 9th June 2011. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2020 By (1) Fatuma Kenga Ngoi and (2) Elvis Riziki Gona, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gona Fondo Kalama, who died on 12th March, 2005.
