TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 208 of 2020 By Moses Otieno Ogolla, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wasonga Ojore, who died at Kombok North Sub-location, on 6th August, 1980. CAUSE No. 210 OF 2020 By (1) Kesiah Atieno Oteko and (2) Fredrick Odhiambo Ochola, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Abade, who died at West Kanyamkago, on 13th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
