TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 101 OF 2020 By (1) Catherine Mogosi Murimi and (2) Stephen Murimi Marwa, both of P.O. Box 1, Ikerege in Kenya, the deceased's widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marwa Mwita, who died at Kurutiyange Location, on 20th July, 2004. CAUSE No. 102 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Mokami Turuka and (2) James Mosabi Kirigiti, both of P.O. Box 1, Ikerege in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Girigiti Weisiko, who died at Kurutiyange Location, on 10th May, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
