CAUSE No. 100 OF 2020 By John Miriti M'Ngondu, of P.O. Box 21, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Ngondu M'Muceke alias M'Ngondu M'Muceke, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2020. Cheptarus & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Chepkemoi Tanui, who died at Alexandria Hospital, on 7th December, 2017. CAUSE No. 314 "B" OF 2020 By (1) Robin Favour Nyakaru and (2) Perez Victor Nyakaru Nyakaru, both of P.O. Box 15394, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ondieki Nyakaru, who died at Mosoriot, on 11th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
