NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th August, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1382, in Volume DI, Folio 280/361, File No. MMXIV, by my client, Achiche Andrew Boba, of 5 Court Drive, CRO 4QA Croydon, London, England, formerly known as Andrew Bob Oluoch, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Andrew Bob Oluoch and in lieu thereof 3398 3398 assumed and adopted the name Achiche Andrew Boba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Achiche Andrew Boba only.
