NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicles Registration Nos.: KAH 265N Landrover, Chasis No. ALLDHH-8MA966746 Landrover Station Wagon, KAH 889Z, VW Transporter, KAD 043Z, Mercedes, KAG 832W, Niva, KAX 516C, Ford, KXE 335, Mercedes, KAZ 555G, Toyota, KRX 964, Audi, KAW 773Y, Mercedes., KBM 498H, Subaru, KAU 456W, Toyota, lying at our Neo-silver garage and storage, Lavington, Nairobi, to collect the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding payments for the storage and any other incidental costs incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners.
