NOTICE is given pursuant to section 3 of the Transfer of Businesses Act, that the electromechanical engineering and fabrication works business carried on by Panorama Technical Services Limited including all its existing contracts, technical expertise and the goodwill thereof, at L.R. No. 209/8686, along Factory Street within Nairobi, in the Republic of Kenya, has with effect from the 1st August, 2020, being sold and transferred to Panorama Engineering and Trading Limited, who will carry on the said business on their premises located along Exit 13, off Thika Super Highway in Ruiru. The Transferor is Panorama Technical Services Limited, of care of P.O. Box 4204–00200, Nairobi. The Transferee is Panorama Engineering and Trading Limited, P.O. Box 4204–00200, Nairobi, which intends to carry on its business at its premises in Ruiru within Kiambu County, in the Republic of Kenya The Transferee will henceforth assume and take up the business including all the contracts, technical expertise and the good will of the Transferor.
