NOTICE is given to the general public that pursuant to the Kenya Information and Communications Act 1998 (as amended), and the Kenya Information and Communications Regulations 2010, PCK, a body corporate established by the Postal Corporation of Kenya Act No.3 of 1998, has applied to the Communications Authority of Kenya for approval to review their postage rates as necessitated by increased cost of service delivery. Any person or local authority, company or body of persons desirous of making any representation on or objection to the proposed revision must do so by a letter addressed to; The Director-General, Communications Authority of Kenya, CA Centre, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448 Nairobi, 00800, Nairobi indicating “Postal Tariff Review” on the cover enclosing it. The said representation and/or objection must be filed on or before expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and a copy of the same be forwarded to the PCK.
