THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Mutua Muasya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.900 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Town Block 3/3036, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court at Meru in succession cause No. 24 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Joshua Kilonzo Mutua, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Thomas Mutua Muasya (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and issue a land title deed to the said Joshua Kilonzo Mutua, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Thomas Mutua Muasya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
