THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Kiai D. Nyamu (deceased), of P.O. Box 1474, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.13 hectare or thereabouts each, known as Loc. 9/Ichichi/T.75, T.79, T. 80, T.81 and T.91, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1905 of 1994, has issued grant of letters of administration to Ruth Njeri Kiai (ID/4927096) and (2) Francis Kamau Kiai (ID/6209489), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant and issue a land title deed to the said Ruth Njeri Kiai (ID/4927096) and (2) Francis Kamau Kiai (ID/6209489), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Julius Kiai D.
