THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bethwel Mwangi Githinji, (2) Stephen Mugane s/o Erastus Githinji and (3) William Kungu Karanja, are registered as proprietors of those pieces of land containing 1.296 and 0.60 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 14/Kamune/2487 and 2488, respectively, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Murang’a, E. L. C. cause No. 218 of 2017, has issued a decree to Harrison Wachira Wanjohi, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provide no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said decree and issue land title deed to Harrison Wachira Wanjohi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Bethwel Mwangi Githinji, (2) Stephen Mugane s/o Erastus Githinji and (3) William Kungu Karanja, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
