WHEREAS Fatuma Mkoba Faruma, of P.O. Box 672–80108, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is the legal and beneficial owner of all that parcel of land situate in the district of Kilifi registered under title No. Mgumopats/Mazeras/1376, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
