THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jaafar Sheikh Abdulkadir, of P.O. Box 17174–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0704, hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 15/632, and whereas 28th August, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card issued thereof has been lost, and effort made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with reconstruction of the new white card under section 33(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
