REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stanley Muriithi Kimani (ID/10846834) and (2) Lydiah Njeri Mwangi (ID/20716871), are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under certificate of lease No. Thika Municipality Block 27/318, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
