APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 235 (1) of the Constitution, as read with sections 45 (1) (a), (b) of the County Governments Act, 2012, and upon approval by the County Assembly of Kiambu in its sessions on the 21st July, 2020, 22nd July, 2020 and 23rd July, 2020, I, James Karanja Nyoro, Governor of Kiambu County, appoint the person named in the first column of the Schedule, to be the Chief Officer responsible for the matters respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule.
