REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of laws of Kenya to the owners of the under listed salveage motor vehicles to take delivery of the said motor vehicles currently stored at Top Quality Motors Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice failure to the which the said motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty. The proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against any outstanding storage charges and all related costs and the balance if any shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable thereof.
