APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 (1) (a) and 13 (4) of the Civil Aviation Act, 2013, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works re-appoints— JOSEPH NAKODAYO NKADAYO (ENG.) to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th August, 2020.
