IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the Biosafety Act, 2009, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— JOSEPH KITHAKA CHAVUTIA to be the Chairperson of the National Biosafety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th August, 2020.
