APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the Biosafety Act, 2009, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under paragraph (f) — Archibald Munyi Kithaka to be a member of the National Biosafety Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th August, 2020.
