APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— Joyce Jeruto Changwony Tirok, Ngalaah Chuphi, Darius Nyariki Mobe, to be Members of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Ports Authority, with effect from the 7th August, 2020 to 5th June, 2021.
