Box 11, Mbumbuni in Kenya , the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaluki Mikwa Nthiwa, late of Mithumo, who died there on 15th April, 1991. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Anthony Kivuva Mwema and (2) Wicliffe Ndolo Muema, both of P.O. Box 1-90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased's son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muema Mulinge, late of Mithumo, who died there on 26th June, 2015. CAUSE No. 5 of 2020 By Josephine Nduku Ngemu, of P.O. Box 13095-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mutinda Muta, late of Kakuswi, who died there on 17th August, 2019. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By Helen Mbeke Mulwa, of P.O. Box 32-90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulwa Muasya Muvya alias Mulwa Muasya, late of Machakos, who died at Machakos General Hospital in kenya, on 30th March, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
