TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 76 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Atieno Agawo and (2) Lilian Auma Agawo, both of P.O. Box 560, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anton Agawo Pamba, late of Kobuola Kogwang, who died there on 14th November, 2013. CAUSE No.91 OF 2020 By (1) Tobias Otieno Odhungo and (2) Francis Owino Ogeda, both of P.O. Box 28, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased's son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odhungo Kwasa alias Joseph Odhumbo Kwasa alias Joseph Odhiambo Kwasa, late of Kajulu, who died there on 28th August, 2015. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2020 By Dorothy Adhiambo Deya, of P.O. Box 281-40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Ogalo, late of Korayo, who died there on 1st August, 2005. CAUSE No. 95 OF 2020 By Brigita Okelo Ohondo, of P.O. Box 64, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christanus Oondo Oreny, late of Kalanya Kanyango, who died there on 31st May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
