TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2020 By (1) Robert Kinyanjui Kang'ethe and (2) Patrick Gichini Kang'ethe, both of P.O. Box 183-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kang'ethe Kahara, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2012. CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Gathoga Karanja and (2) John Njoroge Karanja, both of P.O. Box 40452-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Karanja, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
