TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 128 OF 2019 By (1) Esther Atieno Otieno, (2) Michael Doomi Katono and (3) Martin Omondi Odero, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Odero Katono, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2018. CAUSE No. 106 OF 2020 By (1) Joyce Wanjiku Njau and (2) Grace Wangari Wachira, both of P.O. Box 42320-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and aunt, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wesley Kibet Kikwai, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
