TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2020 By Moses Mwangi Mugo, of P.O. Box 61, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugo Wandiaini alias Mugo 5/0 Wandiaini, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 18th November, 1983. CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2020 By Cyrus Kanyi Kariuki, of P.O. Box 165-1106, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Wahome Nduiga alias Wahome s/o Nduiga, who died at Nyeri, on 12th July 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
