TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 195 OF 2019 By Batholomew Okinda Andai, the deceased's newphew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisai Omukuka Aywah, who died at Maseno Sub-location, on 20th January, 2004 CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2020 By Eglay Rebecca Akolo, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lumwagi Ikuba, who died at Mukingi Sub—location, on 18th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
