TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 10th July, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2861 CAUSE No. 103 OF 2020 By Njeru Gichangi Miciria, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichangi Miciria alias Gishangi Misheria alias Gishangi Mishebia, who died at Kiambere Sub- location, on 3rd December, 2016. CAUSE No. 116 OF 2020 By (1) Nyaga Ngari and (2) Jospat Njoka Mwendwa, both of P.O. Box 1848, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngari Kithethe, who died at Kiambere Sub-location, on 2nd June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
