TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAusE No. 58 OF 2019 By (1) Agnes Kabala Munyendo and (2) Faristo Peter Sakwa, both of P.O. Box 43, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Munyendo Ekutu, who died at Bubere, on 9th January, 2000. CAUSE No. 133 OF 2019 By (1) Salim Malala Nalianya and (2) Mwanarad Akhwale Naganya, both of P.O. Box 53-50106, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musah Nalianya Butiti, who died at Lubinu Sub-location, on 12th April, 2001. CAUSE No. 32 OF 2020 By (1) Frach Chisira Oteng'o, (2) Shaban Zaid Oteng'o and (3) Musa Mutola Mwimali, all of P.O. Box 14, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omusikoyo Omudola, who died at Eluche, on 10th July, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
