TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 78 OF 2020 By Joyce Wanjira Mwaura, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Wanjira Mwaura, who died at Roysambu, Mirema Drive, on 12th August, 2016. CAUSE No. 79 OF 2020 By Daniel Kanyi Nditika, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichohi Chari, who died at Mukarara Location in 1960. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
