TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 108 OF 2020 By (I) Susan Kanuthu Njuki, (2) Victoria Njambi Kinyanjui, (3) Loise Wangui Kinyanjui and (4) Joseph Njoroge Kinyanjui, all of P.O. Box 32-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kinyanjui Mwaura alias Peter Kinyanjui alias Peter K. Mwaura, who died at Gikambura, on 25th August, 2012. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2020 By (1) Elizabeth Wangui Njuguna and (2) Luka Njonge Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 118-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Njuguna Mbugua, who died at Kerwa, on 13th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2020 By (1) Jesinter Wanjiru Githinji and (2) Florence Wambui Muigai, both of P.O. Box 1584-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazar° Githinji Karachu, who died at Karai, on 3rd June, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
