Box 4, Ziwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Malakwen Rugut, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2020 By (1) Agnes Jelagat Rono and (2) Rodgers Kipchirchir Kirwa, both of P.O. Box 4338-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kinyor Kirwai, who died at Chepkanga, on 26th May, 2020. CAUSE No. 213 OF 2020 By (1) Esther Gathoni Murethii and (2) Margaret Nyambura Muriithi, both of P.O. Box 663-20116, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leon Kipruto Atuga, late of Kapseret Location, who died there on 26th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
