TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 151 OF 2019 By (1) Teresa Jepkirong Seroney and (2) Bernard Kiplagat Kosgei, both of P.O. Box 2172-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seronei arap Kili, who died at Ngenyilel Sub-location, on 6th May, 1973. CAUSE No. 154 OF 2019 By Evelyn Kobilo Chepkener, of P.O. Box 25, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased's widow, through Messrs. Terer Kibii & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Chepkeitany Chepkener, who died at Top Hill Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
