CAUSE No. 38 OF 2020 By ( l) John Hilary Ochuoyi and (2) David Odhiambo Agola, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Agola Okoth, who died on 14th June, 2018. CAUSE No. 40 OF 2020 By Conslata Akeyo Masinde, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Oketch alias Raphael Okech, who died on 18th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2020 By Abigael Atieno Odumbe, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Odumbe s/o Odumbe alias Nyakinyi Odumbe, who died on 4th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
